The 218 Club, Inc. located in Green Bay, is a club that hosts Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. Right now, there are 29 AA meetings of various types- closed, open, 12×12, Big Book, Candlelight, women’s, etc.. There are also 2 Al-Anon meetings. One at 5:30pm on Wednesdays (back room) which compliments the front room’s 5:30pm AA meeting and the following open 7pm Speaker meeting. It is said that the open Speaker meeting was the first meeting in the Green Bay area. The second Al-Anon meeting is at 9:00am on Saturdays.
The 218 Club holds numerous events throughout the year to encourage fellowship and service opportunities.
Through the 218 Club’s endeavors the doors will remain open to the still suffering alcoholic and support for family members.
Our Mission Statement
The primary purpose of the 218 Club is to provide a meeting place for members of Alcoholics Anonymous. The business of the 218 Club, it's Board of Directors, and its general membership is to prudently administer the assets of the 218 Club. In support of the Twelve Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous, and the By-Laws of the Green Bay 218 Club, both organizations are autonomous. Individual members are welcome to support both organizations through their contributions.
